2022年度学位記?修了証書授与式を、以下のとおり開催します。

１．日時

2023年3月15日（水）10:30（9:30開場、10:15入場締切）

２．会場

浦安キャンパス体育館

３．ご家族等の入場について

座席数に限りがあるため、満席になり次第入場を締め切らせていただきます。

入場締切後は、中継映像をご覧いただける別室へご案内いたします。

なお、インターネットによるライブ配信を行います（アーカイブ配信は実施しません）。PC、スマートフォン等で式典の模様をご覧いただけますので、ご利用ください。

４．学位記等の交付について

学位記は、学生証と引き換えに交付します。学生証を必ず持参してください。

なお、浦安キャンパス卒業生には、学位記のほか、成績証明書、卒業証明書、修了証明書及び教育職員免許状（該当者のみ）を併せて交付します。

やむを得ず式典を欠席する場合、式典翌日から3月31日（金）まで、以下の窓口にて学生証と引き換えに交付します。学生証を必ず持参してください。

５．進路調査の実施について（浦安キャンパス卒業生のみ）

浦安キャンパス卒業生に対しては、学位記等の交付の際、職業安定法に基づく進路調査を行います。進路先の正式名称及び本社所在地をお尋ねしますので、あらかじめ確認しておいてください。

６．注意事項

新型コロナウイルスの流行状況によって、日時等を変更する場合があります。

来場者用駐車場はありませんので、公共交通機関をご利用ください。

The 2022 graduation ceremony for the presentation of diplomas and program completion certificates will be held as follows.

1.　Date and Time:

March 15, 2023 (Wednesday) starting at 10:30 a.m. (seating from 9:30 a.m., no entry after 10:15 a.m.)

2.　Venue

Urayasu campus gymnasium

3.　Entry of Family Members

Because of the limited seating capacity, admission will close as soon as all seats are full.

After the entry deadline, visitors will be guided to a separate room where they can watch the live video feed.

The ceremony will be broadcast live via the Internet (there will be no archive distribution available). The ceremony can be viewed on a PC, smartphone, or the like. Use one of these if necessary.

4.　Issuance of diplomas and other certificates

Diplomas will be issued in exchange for student IDs. Be sure to bring your student ID.

In addition to diplomas, Urayasu campus graduates will be issued with transcripts, certificates of graduation, program completion, and teacher’s licenses (for applicable graduates only).

If you are unavoidably absent from the ceremony, yours will be issued in exchange for your student ID at the following counter from the day after the ceremony until March 31 (Friday). Be sure to bring your student ID.

5.　Implementation of career surveys (Urayasu Campus Graduates Only)

We will conduct a career survey for Urayasu campus graduates based on the Employment Security Act when issuing degree certificates. You will be asked to provide the official name and head office address for your employer, so please confirm this in advance.

6.　Precautions

Depending on the COVID-19 situation, dates and times may change.

Please use public transportation when coming to the event, because there is no parking available for visitors.
