2021年度浦安キャンパス学位記?修了証書授与式の開催について

浦安キャンパス各学部、研究科及び別科の学位記?修了証書授与式を、以下のとおり開催します。

なお、新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行状況等に応じて、実施方法の変更又は式典中止等の対応を行う場合があります。変更等を行う場合は、本学ウェブサイト等にてお知らせいたします。

1.開催日時

新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大防止のため、二部制で実施します。学部等によって開式時刻が異なりますので、お間違えないようご注意ください。

 

外国語学部、ホスピタリティ?ツーリズム学部、応用言語学研究科、別科

2022年3月14日(月)10:30 開式(9:30開場、10:15入場締切)

経済学部、不動産学部、経済学研究科、不動産学研究科

3.新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大防止措置について

新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大防止のため、来場の際は以下の事項を遵守してください。

 

(1)以下に該当する方の入場はお断りします。

 ?新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染者(治癒済みの者を除く)

 ?新型コロナウイルス感染症の濃厚接触者として待機期間中の者

 ?新型コロナウイルス感染症の疑いのある症状(発熱、咳、倦怠感、味覚?嗅覚障害等)のある者

(2)マスクを着用し、こまめな手洗い?手指消毒をしてください。

(3)換気のため会場内の扉や窓を開けますので、十分な防寒対策をしてください。

(4)各自の携帯端末に、新型コロナウイルス接触確認アプリ(COCOA)をインストールしてください。

4.ご父母の入場について

座席数に限りがあるため、入場いただけるご父母は卒業生?修了生一人につきお一人までとさせていただきます。満席になり次第入場を締め切りますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

※式典の模様は、インターネットでご自宅でもご覧いただけます。視聴方法は後日、本学ウェブサイトにてお知らせします。

5.学位記等の交付について

式典終了後、別会場で学生証と引き換えに学位記等を交付します。学生証を必ず持参してください。

※学位記のほか、教育職員免許状(該当者のみ)、成績証明書及び卒業?修了証明書を交付します(別科生は修了証書のみ交付します)。

※欠席の場合、3月31日(木)まで学事課(教務担当)窓口にて学生証と引き換えに交付します。受け取りの際は学生証を必ず持参してください。

6.進路調査の実施について

学位記等の交付と併せて、職業安定法に基づく進路調査を行います(別科生を除く)。進路先の正式名称及び本社所在地をお尋ねしますので、あらかじめ確認しておいてください。

2021 Urayasu Campus Diploma and Program Completion Certificate Ceremony Information

The graduation ceremony for the presentation of diplomas and program completion certificates for the various Faculties and Schools, Graduate Schools, and the Special Course at the Urayasu Campus will be held as follows.

In addition, due to factors such as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation method is subject to change, and the ceremony may be canceled entirely in some cases. If any changes are implemented, notifications will be issued by some means such as posting the information on the university’s official website.

1. Date and time of the ceremony

As a means of preventing COVID-19 infection, the ceremony will be held in two parts. Attendance time will vary depending on factors such as your faculty of study, so please be careful to ensure you attend the correct time.

 

Faculty of Languages and Cultures, School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Graduate School of Applied Linguistics, and the Special Course

March 14th (Monday), 2022 starting at 10:30 a.m. (seating from 9:30 a.m., no entry after 10:15 a.m.)

Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Real Estate Sciences, Graduate School of Economics, and Graduate School of Real Estate Sciences

March 14th (Monday), 2022 starting at 2:30 p.m. (seating from 1:30 p.m., no entry after 2:15 p.m.)

Urayasu Campus gymnasium

3. COVID-19 infection prevention countermeasures

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections, please confirm the following prior to coming to the venue.

 

(1)Individuals for whom any of the following apply will be denied entry.

 ?Infected with COVID-19 (with the exception of those who have recovered)

 ?Currently in an isolation period due to close contact with someone infected with COVID-19

 ?Suffering from symptoms suspected to be caused by COVID-19 (such as fever, coughing, lethargy, and abnormalities in sense of taste or smell)

(2) Wear a mask and wash or disinfect your hands frequently.

(3) The windows will be open to ensure proper ventilation, so please dress warmly.

(4) All attendees must install the COVID-19 contact tracing app (COCOA) on their cell phones.

4. Parent attendance

Since seating is limited, only one parent per graduating undergraduate or post-graduate student will be allowed to attend. The venue will be closed to entry once all seats are filled. Thank you for your understanding.

Note: The graduation ceremony will be streamed over the Internet for viewing from your home. Detailed viewing method information will be posted on the university website at a later date.

5. Issuance of diplomas and other certificates

After the graduation ceremony, graduating students will exchange their student IDs for their diplomas and other certificates. Please be sure to bring your student ID.

Note: In addition to diplomas, teacher’s licenses (for applicable graduates only), transcripts, and certificates of graduation and program completion will be issued (special course students will be issued only program completion certificates).

Note: In the case of absences, the applicable graduates may exchange their student ID cards for the applicable documents at the Educational Affairs Section (teaching affairs staff) until March 31st (Thursday). Please be sure to bring your student ID when you stop by.

6. Implementation of career surveys

Alongside the issuance of diplomas and other certificates, we will carry out a career survey in accordance with the Employment Security Act (with the exception of special course students). You will be asked to provide the official name and head office address for your employer, so please confirm this in advance.
